Starting from a technical drawing or a provided sample, we can assess the feasibility and processing methods for manufacturing the artifact, advising you on the most suitable materials and thicknesses, tailored to your needs. After these assessments, we will provide you with a cost estimation for equipment, samples, and any serial production.
MANUFACTURING OF EQUIPMENT AND SAMPLING
At the core of the production process is the construction of molds and equipment, which can be produced internally or, in more sophisticated cases, with the assistance of external collaborators. Subsequently, thanks to the production of sampling, it will be possible to assess the actual conformity and quality before proceeding with production.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Whether for a single piece or small/medium batches, we are able to optimize production while containing costs, maintaining high quality in processing, and adhering to established delivery times.
FINISHING AND SURFACE TREATMENTS
Thanks to qualified external collaborators, we can finalize our product through dedicated surface treatments such as painting, galvanizing, satin finishing, polishing, and more. With this service, we provide the customer with a logistical advantage, as they will receive the material ready only for final assembly.
OUR SHEET METAL WAREHOUSE
Our warehouse is constantly stocked with all commonly processed materials and thicknesses, ensuring efficient production startup. We have various standard formats and thicknesses ranging from 0.8 mm to 5 mm, depending on the type of material.
In addition to various qualities of iron and stainless steel, available in both traditional and perforated sheet metal, we can also supply and work with other metals such as aluminum, brass, and copper. We are always available to meet specific and customized requests.
